Refund and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

• Customers may cancel their orders by contacting iDentals’ customer service team as soon as possible.
• Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request may not be accommodated, and the customer may need to follow the return process outlined below.

Return and Refund:

• To initiate a return, customers must contact iDentals’ customer service team and obtain authorization.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to an error on iDentals’ part or if the product received is damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon by iDentals and the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, they must notify iDentals’ customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order.
• iDentals will provide either a replacement product or issue a refund, based on the customer’s preference and product availability.
• In cases of damaged or defective products, iDentals will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items:
• Certain items may not be eligible for returns or refunds due to hygiene reasons or if explicitly mentioned in the product description.
• Examples of non-refundable items include but are not limited to, opened or used disposables, perishable items, customized products, and items with tamper-evident packaging that has been opened.

Exceptions:

• iDentals reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that do not meet the specified return criteria or if the return is made beyond the designated timeframe.
